For incoming staff mobilities, the grant per day is €140 (for a duration upto 14 days). 

Travel Grants by Distance

The travel grant is calculated by using the “Distance Calculator” tool of EU Commission:

The distance calculator is used to determine the distance between the location where the staff is residing and the place of activity. The grant is paid for the round-trip.
